Returns

You may return most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us for further instructions.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent back without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
